The resident at 203 Mohr Dr has used 4" pvc pipe laid on top of the ground to reroute the septic runoff. The pipe extends onto the adjoining property and under the driveway of 197 Mohr Dr.

Received assignment 6/3/19
Observed SDR35 pipe runningfrom 203 to a culvert under the driveway of 197. Resident from 203 came over and explained that it was gutter drain. I expressed my doubt and he committed to having pipe removed by Monday, 6/10.
According to Rankin Landroll owner of 203 is Johene Smith.
Relayed To complaintant via phone.
6/10/2019 - Pipe not removed. Mr. Smith said he told me ?by end of day Monday ?, and he was working on it. There was an excavator onsite.
Will return Tuesday or Wednesday.
