Every month, sometimes a couple times a month, I have raw sewage backing up into my apartment and outside of the apartment. Tuesday it was feces all over the sidewalk. I continue to contact the Housing Authority and they take their time coming. At one point I had to wait days before they send anyone. Now this morning it is backed up again. Can someone please help me? This is aweful living conditions. They always run a snake thru the line, but it's always a temporary fix. The neighbors have said this has been an issue with my apartment and the one right behind me.
