Resident has a pipe that is disconnected between my property and their property, located below their second window. The water is coming directly from the pipe flowing into my property. Both areas are constantly wet/saturated. I am afraid of snakes, mosquitos and other insects/reptiles entering my property due to the ground being constantly wet. This is not safe, sanitary or it can be a health hazard to all individuals involved.
