My neighbor (at this address) has allowed some friends to move a camper in on his property. Within 10 yards of my property line, this couple has set up camp and are dumping sewage water from the camper. There is a sewage pipe coming off of the camper, but it is just running onto the ground. It is disgusting. Please help ASAP. My dog is getting into it, and it is creating many problems.
