When I began to lie down for slumber, I laid my head on my hotel bed pillow and smelled the strong odor of urine. I immediately got out of bed and called the front desk with my complaint. The manager on duty came up and smelled where I pointed the smell was coming from in the bed. She smelled the odor right away, proceeded by lifting up all the clean white covers only to find the largest urine circle of urine covering the whole entire mattress that I laid in. I told her that whomever made the bed of this room needed to be fired because every sheet atop of the mattress was clean without a stain so that housekeeper made the bed on purpose in an unsanitary manner. She couldn't reimburse me for my night's stay because I booked through a third party (hotwire) for my stay but she gave me a free night's stay on my next visit. I do not want to ever stay at a hotel where I laid on someone else's urine. I asked if that was the floor they allowed pets, and she told me no, it had to be a person because that's the floor where pets aren't allowed.
