I would like to to report raw sewage on the ground and an open septic tank at 688 old kiln road, picayune ms 39466. Sprinkler system broke in 2016 so in order to prevent backup inside the house it is pumped out into the yard and neighbors yard. There is not a cover only a tarp where at least 2 puppies have fell into and recovered. Young children are at the residences and have had a few near fall accidents at during adult parties. If you can please check on this matter and make sure it is up to code and legal before I rent to own this home. Raw sewage is very hazardous and it is being pumped into the pond and surrounding properties.

Investigation History
Photos were taken. Water isn't coming out of the spray heads. Septic water is coming out on the ground around the treatment plant and onto the ground. An enforcement letter will be sent. 11 / 21/19 The enforcement letter was returned unclaimed. Today I?ve sent it by regular mail.
