Date Of Complaint  12/04/2019 
Complaint  I am the property manager of the house next door to 42 LaSalle Street. There is raw sewage on top of the ground and is now coming into neighboring yards as well as draining through the front yard of said property, across the drive way, to the street curb, and on down the street. The smell is atrocious and the raw sewage going everywhere brings a serious sanitary issue that the owner does not seem to be concered about according to other neighbors that have brought the matter to the owners attention. 
Date Of Resolution  12/05/2019 
Investigation History  Environmentalist investigated property on 12/05/2019 And witnessed grinder pump malfunction with wastewater coming to the surface at 42 South St., Hattiesburg, MS 39402.
Public health enforcement notice was sent via courier to division of on-site wastewater office Jackson Mississippi to be delivered certified mail on 12/05/2019.
