I am writing to you because Jerry Lacey of Lacey's Digging Service told me that you might be interested in a situation we are in concerning a water treatment plant. Jerry told us that you might be able to possibly help us.

Investigation History

Spoke with Jim Weston. He advised met to send all residents mention in the letter an enforcement letter. As far complaint against Buddy Brock and Milton Craig, this was a civil case that the health department has no standing in.
