Date Of Complaint  03/15/2006 
Complaint  Mr. Kidd stated that there are two homes with Septic Systems installed improperly. The first home is on Redland Road this home is being occupied at the time of comlaint. The second home is located on Toxish Road the sewer line from the second home is running and discharging to the road ditch. Mr. KIdd stated that Randy Quarles Construction installed both septic systems. Both homes are constructed by Jason and Christy Munlin.

Investigation History  At the time of investigation it was noted that a treatment plant was installed. The treatment plant discharge point is located in the front of the property but the effluent is not being contained on the property of the generator. The situation has been discussed with Jesse Shields the District Environmentalist and Gene Herring Program Specalist . Mr. Shields stated the Pontotoc County Health Department needs to send a letter stating the system was improperly installed by the Installer. Also a letter is to be issued to the home owner and as well as the installer to properly install the system so the effluent will be contained on the property of the generator.
