Complaint  A follow-up on a complaint issued from Mr. Kidd concerning the onsite wastewater system located at this address.

Investigation History  Gene Herring and Cindy Farris went to above address on 4-26-2006 to do a followup concerning the installation of an ATU on property owned by Mr. Munlin. At the time of investigation is was noted that the system and dishcharge point were installed. After trying to find the plant number and company name is was noted no areator had been installed at this site. The homeowner was present and when asked when the system would be completed he did not respond.
