Complaint
Complainant states Jeff installed system on Jun 5, 05. Has serviced one and a strong sewer odor continues from the effluent. Manufacturer has visited site also. Many calls to Jeff to request service/repair have gone unanswered. A rep of Jeff told Ms. Edwards that Jeff was getting out of the treatment plant business.

Contacted Jeff Breland who agreed to send a rep of his company to check system. I will get water usage and advise Jeff.
