Complaint  Forest Glen Apartments was remodeled. The tenant moved in December, and the toilet was broken. The landlord informed the tenant that a toilet had been ordered. The apartment flooded March 28-30,2020. Rotor rooter was called out to fix the problem, but the toilet was still broken. The toilet still wasn't order. So, the plummers pulled the toilet and threw it away ,so the tenant can get a new toilet. As of April 1, they again telling the tenant they got to get one. The tenant has had breathing problems and also has four small kids. Kids are not able to eat due to the smell.
