Complaint
Sewage leaking from septic tank or pipe. Sewage above ground. Owner was notified and we were told it was suppose to be like that. They were set up that way. Water running into home smells.

Investigation History
Environmentalist investigated property on May 21, 2020 ascertained that they have a septic tank but apparently no field line.
Borings were conducted on the property and determined that the soul is suitable for underground feild line recommendation.
The public health enforcement notice was sent to Northgate rentals via Courier from Lamar County Health Department.
