Complaint  This is a small 2-acre parcel at 164 Tut Road. The owners have placed 3 homes (2 single wides and 1 double wide trailer) on 1 acre thereby operating a quasi trailer park. Currently, it appears that the owners are now preparing to move more trailers/homes onto the remaining 1 acre located on Katie Eubanks Road. They appear to be running water via a hose from one of the front trailers on Tut Road to the covert trailer park on Katie Eubanks. Further, they have cleared the old FEMA trailer lots at Katie Eubanks and septic tanks readying for more trailers for this illegal park. Note that none of these FEMA trailer park lot septic tanks have field lines. After Katrina, Darryl from the Health Dept. instructed the installer to simply coil up the field lines and throw them into the holes as there was no room for field lines on a 1-acre lot. All of these temporary tanks leaked onto the surface when the FEMA trailers were occupied for 2 years. This tiny parcel cannot handle this much effluent, and the septic systems are illegal and unsafe. Inevitably, the effluent will leak again, moving into neighbors' water wells and ponds amidst a Coronavirus Pandemic. Moreover, the front acre on Tut Road floods significantly during any moderate rain fall event. PLEASE KEEP THIS COMPLAINT CONFIDENTIAL. Thank you.

Investigation History  This has been investigated numerous times and is bordering on harassment. I will not enter these property owners land again unless I can see a violation from the public road
