Raw sewage is coming up out of ground and going on to my property (934 wpa). It is going down my hill and into the creek while making a big nice stinky mush of poo all around bottom of hill! The landlord Donna Post from Keller Williams (601-466-7043) was notified on Monday of this problem. Sewage guy suppose to show up all week and Donna keeps making excuses all the while the problem is getting is getting worse. This cannot be safe! This is not the first septic problem these duplexes have had and the remnants keep saying everything is backing up in their place. The owners are neglecting this and it needs to be fixed.
