I am Robert Cotton. I live at 61 Fox Road in Marks, MS.
My neighbor?s septic tank line has been busted a long time and needs to be fixed. When it rains, his sewage comes over to my property and causes lots of problems. I have talked to him before and he has done nothing about it.
