My septic tank field line is leaking out of the ground. It is not been in use for a year yet and was approved by the health department. But it is not working properly. I want to know if it was installed correctly.

Investigation History
Visited site and met with Mr. Jones. There is a small malfunction where the solid outlet pipe connects to the drain field. Spoke with Cody at America?s Home Place and he stated that they would get someone there to check the problem.
