Complaint
Waste water noted above septic pump area in front yard. Problem worsening. New septic pump installed per Jeff Breland Co., Inc (Petal, MS 39465 601-582-8208) on January 5th, 2006. Tried to contact Jeff 4 or 5 times and left message and he returned call 3 days later. I explained that sewage water was standing above septic pump area and that he had installed the septic pump in January. I asked if pump is still under warranty and he stated it would be. I asked if there would be any labor or material charge and he stated no. He asked if I would make sure breaker was not thrown and I checked and it was not. Jeff Breland then stated that he would come the next day and check out the pump but never showed. This was on Monday Oct. 9th when I spoke with him. He did not show on Tues. Oct. 10th. I have left several messages on his answering machine, and he has yet to return my call or to check my pump. The waste water problem continues to worsen in the yard.
