Phone complaint received from neighbor. Pre-investigations shows possible failure of the grinder pump or connections to central system. Discolored higher growth grass along east side of structure.
Observed from Roadway: 2:10pm on same day as filing.

Environmentalist investigated property on 918 2020. Polaroids were takien of the malfunctioning pump system. The Kings Mill subdivision is on central sewer.
Environmentalist sent public health enforcement notice to Gwendolyn Chandler at 3 Hartley Dr., Hattiesburg Mississippi via courier to division office in Jackson Mississippi
