The lift station located at approximately 500 Fairways drive has not been working for two plus weeks. Water(potentially sewage) from the lift station is flowing into the lake. The owner of the lift station has been contacted and someone has worked on the station, however water/sewage has continued to flow from the station. Now, there is a distinct foul smell coming from the area which spreads to the apartment complex on the lake. The lake is also a green color. The lift station has been broken numerous times over the years and is neglected.

Investigation History
It appears that repairs had been made to this lift station and it was performing properly. I observed no sewage flowing from the left station nor was there any odor. It is noted that these type of issues happens to lift stations which require time to be repaired.
