This is an approximate address, not sure of the street number. Neighbor across the street has obvious field drainage issue. Sewer weeds are abundant. The area stays too wet to mow, so they just let it grow. When they do mow, the weeds are being dispersed via the wind to my property. Water problems is undermining the road bed. Other neighbor has made numerous complaints and someone has been out to assess, was told they would take care of it, and nothing has been done. It is just getting worse. If the State does not make them do something to fix it, we are going to be forced to file a law suit because of how bad it is getting. We can smell it when there has been a lot of rain.

Investigation History
After seeing this, I can understand why someone would think that their is a septic problem. The front of the property is poorly drained, the grass hasn?t been cut, probably because of the heavy rains we?ve had. The drainage from the property is coming from high on the property,it begins higher than where the field line is. Looks very suspicious, but no sewage discharge seen.
