The on site septic tank is overflowing on to the ground and has been for over a year. Property owner refuses to fix it.

Met with Mrs. Smith said that she?ll contact son and have the problem corrected, will return in 3 weeks. 8/23/21 Further work must be done to correct problem. Property owner is dealing with D. Smith installer about correcting the problem, will return in 30 days. 10 / 22/21 Spoke with Matthew Bilbo installer he met with property owner and is planning a to repair the system and they can pay later.
