Complaint  Neighbors fill line appears to be emptying into the pond on the lot I purchased behind my home, I also believe the fill line may be encroaching on my property. I may have a septic encroachment from another neighbor I am not sure? The lot I own behind my home has not been developed so it does not have an address this should be the parcel # for Covington County 117036 01802 it is accessible from Velma Patterson Lane and it is directly behind my home located at 332 Everett Drennan Rd, Sumrall. I need help accessing this situation and making sure it is corrected properly, I don't mind to give them a little time to correct this. 
Date Of Resolution  06/16/2021 
Investigation History  I walked to the edge of the pond but could not see anything from my vantage point. Not saying there is not a problem but I just could not see it from where I was standing. The property owner needs to meet to show where the problem is (from their property). I did not investigate it further because that would have put me on or very near the property of the person being complained on. I try to at all possible avoid this after being shot at while conducting an investigation at a very similar place. Complainer can set up an appointment to show the problem.
