There's a white camper occupied by Larry Frank Hyatt. It was very recently moved onto the property and it's my understanding the septic "tank" is shallow hole dug. With the recent rain the smell of sewage is very strong.

No sewage discharge seen, no odor, property owner said he was connected to an old existing system and his neighbors didn?t want him living on his property.
