I checked in the hotel on 6-24-21 and checked out about 2 hrs later because there was feces(it was a small turd the size of a penny) which got on my leg!! then on the sheets. See attached pictures. I picked your hotel to stay at because I'm also staying at another holiday inn Express in Greenville MS for business. I booked your hotel through hotels.com. I was told and given a sheet when I checked out that I would get a full refund. The front desk agent even came up to the room to verify my story. The only reason I booked this room is because I didn't want to drive back that late at night to Greenville MS, where I already had a room.booked through my company. See attached folio.
I am very upset with my stay here. I stayed at the exact same hotel in Greenville MS with no issues. I came to Cleveland to visit a friend and I am highly upset that the management there would think I would take my own shit and rub it on the covers just to get a free night when I clearly can pay for the hotel and have no problem doing so! I am a professional person and have no reason to lie being that I already had a room booked in Greenville MS for the whole week. Also room 306 had a smoke smell and no room number on the door! Unprofessional. Also why would I book through a 3rd party company if my goal was to get a refund. Yall not making any sense.
