Wes and Summer Starnes, at 1609 Carsley Road, Jackson, MS 39209 601 213 7207, have open sewage running onto my property at 1575 Carsley Road. They have been asked repeatedly to correct the situation. It is so nasty, my quality of life is suffering, as well, as any value my property have.

Investigation History
Observed what appeared to be an ATS not working properly. Effluent appeared to be surfacing and discharging from 1609 Carley Rd front yard across property line into 1575 Carsley Rd. A narrow ditch was dug with no effect of maintaining effluent . Enforcement notice to be sent.
