Our neighbor treatment plant is running down in our yard. We had a pipe dug and put down to make it look better, to help the problem some, but it doesn?t help, it?s her sewage that is draining in our yard. It?s on the left side when you enter the driveway on the fence. It?s causing bug and it smells awful.
