Occupants are no longer living in the residence. It has been without power for over a month. There is currently an open window in the front of the house with an awful smell. You can see roaches and dead rodents in the house. The smell from the sewage line (wherever it is), is terrible. I was advised by the county supervisor to call the Health Department in Hernando who gave me the 601-576-7150 number to contact.
