Me and my family have waste running behind our house and under our house cause shaws trailer park have 1 septic tank for 15 or more houses and this waste is making us very sick and my child is getting sick for toxic gas waste and I feel like this not right and I feel like I should report this

Kevin Browning and Randy Jones visited the site on 12/07/21.
John Reeves, Maintenance/Caretaker for Shaw?s Mobile Home Park, stated that the property has its on collection system which consists of a few septic tanks tied together in which the discharge from the tanks are connected to South Gate Sewer District (MDEQ Agency Interest ID: 13397). He stated that the property is owned by Mr. Todd Sulzinger of Blue Elm Investments, and he further stated it was managed by CCI Real Estate out of Oakdale, California. Contact information for both entities listed below. Mr. Reeves stated that the area where the problem exists is where the last septic tank ties into the collection system for South Gate. He stated that back-ups from the South Gate system affects their last tank. Raw sewage was observed in this area. The complaint received by the MSDH stated that the last tank was the only tank on the property and that it services 15 trailers. Due to the comments by Mr. Reeves about the MDEQ permitted facility of South Gate and that Shaw?s MHP has their own combined sewer collection system, this complaint is being referred to MDEQ for further investigation.
