Complaint
There is raw sewage running off of a sloped area at this duplex. It is pooling in spots at the shop next to my side yard. There are children that have been playing in this area. The sewage is beginning to drip out of a small pvc pipe and onto my property. We plant our garden in this area and this raw sewage dumping into our garden spot is unacceptable.

I visited this property, but no one was home. I will revisit
12/15/2021 sewage was observed discharging off the property. owners name is Chuck Spriggs
12/04/2023 follow up, correction still in place no discharge. complaint will be closed
