Neighbor is pumping out raw sewage on our property. Has filled our construction ditches up. Iv been very nice about it but they won?t fix it. Mr Richardson(from y?all?s office) gave them the requirements for the fix but they haven?t done it. It?s a rental house and I?m friends with the property manager. His name is Dew Evans (601) 502-3722. I can?t finish my grading until their sewage stops flooding my land
