Complainant informed PHE on call center that an installer came out and installed a system with a ats plant and possible overland discharge. Client didn?t know that they needed to apply. Installer Phillip patridge installer out of Calhoun county. The system was put down unknown about approx 4wks ago. She is noticing a bad smell outside of the house and inside. Possible sunk down in tank was put down when was wet. Installer came back out and spread out the dirt. She?s noticing the fumes inside the house and outside of the house.

I contacted the installer per the homeowner and he will revisit the site to correct any issues.
