Complaint
Busted, leaking water heater at Bay Crossing Apartments, unit 146, has created a serious black mold infestation. Apartment management has refused to complete the work order, as well as the broken A/C work order for over two months. Tenants residing in unit have symptoms of mold exposure as well as damage to property.
