Complaint  I moved into this home on July 14, 2021 and have been fixing everything out of my own pocket. I have contacted the landlord (John Garner) multiple times via phone and txt msg to let him know that the plumbing pipes broke and there is now raw sewage spilling into the yard. I have fixed all of the plumbing pipes under the home but I'm unable to fix the sewage issue because this landlord does not have a sewage tank or a Drainage Field on this property anywhere. raw sewage has been draining into the yard for several months, the smell is unbearable and I'm worried about my health. Can anyone help with this matter? Can I get this water tested? The landlord doesn't , hasn't, won't fix the problem and doesn't answer your phone calls or your text messages what am I supposed to do I am at a loss I need help in this urgent

2/23-have not heard from complainant.
