Neighbors Sewer is coming onto our yard, driveway and into the creek. Our kids play near this are and its causing a bad smell. Theres toilet paper, poop all over the yard. The problem needs to be fixed by the city and not just cleaned up. Our neghbors are special needs living off of social services which are usless at helping with this.
