Wastewater flowing from this property onto my property and my neighbors, GLENN SOILEAU located at 8924 Cameron St and Dorothy Ruiz at 8910 CAMERON ST in Olive Branch, MS 38654. Bacterial blooms on standing water at our property lines. Septic system at the Smith's address (3721 HWY 305) appears to be malfunctioning as plant growth directly above the septic system is lush/greener/taller than surrounding vegetation, which says nitrates are high at the site. Also, as we are the bordering properties and downhill from their system, there has been an increasing amount of standing water that has a slight odor and bacterial plumes present. The dirt is darker, foamy, and viscous now. The bacterial plumes resemble oil on water but do not reconnect when physically broken as oil/petroleum would. Over a period of dryness of 2+ weeks the standing water is still present and the soil completely saturated. The City of Olive Branch has tested the water for chlorine and found none, so they know it isn't a broken water line. A health department inspector came out and noted the Smith's septic system is malfunctioning by sighting from my property before going to their property to discuss. I think he was refused discussion by the owner. Patrick said he would have to turn the issue over to the environmental department of the state and couldn't test the water for septic bacteria. This grey water or septic runoff or sewage is a health hazard that is being transported across the entire neighborhood and is a serious biohazard! We need help and it has been a month already. This has ruined our yards and killed our landscaping and is doing significant damage to the environment. +16626719979 or +19016061877 to reach me! Please help!
