Sent enforcement letter on 8/22
Homeowner contacted Environmentalist, repairs had been made to system.
02/13/2023: System malfunction reoccurred, Installer contacted Environmentalist stating he would repair it but area is too wet to get equipment in due to rains. Will repair as soon as area is dry enough for equipment to enter area.
08/22/2023: Installer contacted Environmentalist, overland discharge was converted to spray to correct the issue
