Complaint  We purchased and moved into a new home from C & J Builders in March of this year. Lot 1 in the Fields subdivision in Forrest county. I have asked the builder several times for a copy of the Septic permit. There does not appear to be one yet the Builder provided a final Septic inspection document. The septic system is an Aerobic design with a blower and sprinklers. When we have heavy rains the sprinklers run for the duration of the rain. We recently returned from Vacation and the circuit breaker to the system was tripped shutting both the blower and the sump pump down. The installer said that the system required 2 separate circuits for the blower and sump pump. The electrician only ran 1 circuit so the blower and sump are on the same circuit. I'm assuming the sump pump over loaded the breaker causing it to trip. Since the blower is required to maintain the sewage treatment process having if off for an extended period of time killed all of the microbes. I left a voice mail to your office asking for someone to contact me but never received a call back. When I called your office in January of this year your office indicated that a permit was taken out by Carl Boone but was never paid for. If this is the case we are requesting that we go through the permitting process and necessary inspections to ensure that our system was designed and installed correctly. We contacted the installer and they indicated they do not know why the sprinklers run during a rain storm. They came out and opened the lids and said it looked ok. When we contacted them about the tripped breaker they said they did not know why it would have tripped. They said they recommend 2 separate circuits for the system and it could have potentially been caused by the sump pump.
