Waste water is not hooked up to a septic tank and or field line. I just stops at the end of the trailer. You can see clearly that it wasn?t never hooked up. I do believe they are to obtain a permit, get septic built then they could establish getting power hooked up. So I have no idea how they got around that one.

ALSO SPOKE WITH MR BOLING STATES HE DID NOT TRUN THIS COMPLAINT IN
