Date Of Complaint  07/28/2022 
Complaint  On July 18th I contacted Seal Digging and requested that someone come out and service my Delta Wastewater system. Sealing Digging sent William one of their Techs out and he found the control panel had burnt out. William informed his Boss Chase Johnson. July 19th, I contacted William and was told a call had been placed to the manufacture, but Delta had not returned their calls. July 21st, I contacted William to follow up and he said they were still waiting and would probably have to install an outside outlet to run the Aerator, but it would probably be Friday the 22nd or Monday the 25th when they got to it. Monday the 25th I called Seal Digging and talked to Tori and expressed to her my frustration and she said she would have Chase call me. Chased called me to let me know they were not getting a response from Delta Environmental. He also mentioned that Delta Enironmental had cease doing business with them. On Monday the 25th Chase asked me to send him pictures of the control panel and he would try to rebuild the panel. I sent him the pictures but did not get a response on the pictures until Tuesday the 26th and his response was "I will be there to rebuild panel tomorrow". Wednesday the 27th he did not show up or call. Today Thursday the 28th I called him to follow up and he said he would come fix the panel after lunch. He did not show up again today. I need for an authorized installer to repair my system. It has been right at two weeks and my system is still not operating. This is not the first time I have had issues with Seal Digging. I feel strongly that If I am having problems getting Seal Digging to service my system a lot of other homeowners are having problems getting Seal Digging to service their homes too. This needs to stop. We are at the mercy of Seal Digging. I need immediate assistance in getting this resolved. Frustrated Homeowner Paulette Gary

Investigation History  Called Seal. Gave her Randy Hales name as other certified installer who can work on this equipment. 8/2/22 Mrs Gary text me to tell me Seal had fixed the problem.
