Complaint  This is not a complaint against any particular person. We need our water tested in this area because of a dark substance that accumulates under the rim of the toilet bowl where the water comes out. This has been happening for a while now. This is the same water we drink. In guest bathroom when toliet is not used often it accumulates a dark streak flows down. This is not only happening at my house but surroundings houses as well. Dont know manfacturer.
