I work for MDOT and the pipe under Hwy 49 at this location appears to have active sewer being drained through it from the adjacent property owner. GPS of pipe is 31.46042, -89.44201.

VISITED SITE, THERE WAS TO MUCH WATER FLOWING THROUGH DITCH TO SEE ANY SEWAGE DID SEE A PIPE BUT IT WAS UNDER WATER
WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENT TO REVISIT SITE.
