Complaint  There is a leak on the resident that next door to me and their sewage is coming on to my property in front of my home in the ditch, it smells .

Investigation History  VISITED SITE SPOKE WITH MS WATTS SHE STATED THAT COMPLAINT WAS FIXED LAST WEEK. TOLD HER TO KEEP MY NUMBER IN HER PHONE TO CALL ME IF IT STARTED BACK UP
