Septic tank is overflowing into surrounding property and has strong smell that also can be smelled coming into the home. The smell never goes away , there?s a hole with a pipe and there is nothing covering the septic tank so the wastewater just sits and runs off into open field behind the home.

Rental property, residence moved out no wastewater being generated. Owners selling property
