Sheila Price Lewis rental property has white pvc pipe with water waist running on my property and receintly a black larger septic field line is now eroded 6 or 7 feet from pvc pipe. now there is second area washing our land away. For several years now my husband and i have sent messages through renters living there to Ms Lewis to fix property. We have contacted a lawyer. Please help in this matter. 03/02/23: I emailed Complaiant about complaint site informing that i will be going out to the place tomorrow.
03/03/23 PHEO went out to site and met with complainant out there on their family lands for this issue. PHEO observed along the entry driveway of pool and spa rd an open ended pipe which appears to be gray water discharging from the house unit. There is along a large area of saturated wastewater on to their lands coming from the rental house at address listed. Pictures were taken and will have to confirm with tax assessors office the ownership name and address for enforcement action to be issued out. Spoke with complainants and informed to them the process and protocol per the regulation of the state for enforcement actions. They are aware and i will keep them aware as to the nature of the complaint and its subsequent investigations. ENFORCEMENT PENDING>
