Date Of Complaint  02/19/2023 
Complaint  My name is Dwight Douglas McInnis. I Filed a Complaint on my next door neighbor. She has raw sewage running on my property where I have cows. Someone has came out here several months ago. But my neighbors refuse to fix this problem. I have been trying to be patient. But I have not received any help at this point from the Mississippi Department of Health. There has never been a Septic Tank or Treatment plan put at this Trailer when it was setup & they started Living in it.  
Date Of Resolution  02/28/2023 
Investigation History  This is a case turned over to Jones county justice court. I spoke with this complainant about this issue and informed him that case is being heard by Jones county justice court. A court hearing date for the defendant is set for march 9th at 9am. Also informed plantiff that he can appear if so wants to. Case closed since this case has already been investigated, enforcement issued, and failure comply was remitted over to justice court. Please look at the complaint history on old record for this complaint going back to 8.26.21 to case turn over in may of 2022.
