Septic tank is overflowing at rental property. Landlord has been notified since 1/12/2023 and nothing is being done. Drain field was repaired wrong and is below the water table contaminating ground water

5/9/23 - Inspected site. Observed multiple ATS systems not functioning properly. Repairs will be needed for compliance. Letter to be sent.
