Property owner Dale Weekley and Installer pumping raw sewage on top of ground in a public gathering area since March of 2022 in spite of verbal and written complaints from Restaurant Tenant.

Investigation History
Visited site and spoke with tenant.
The septic system consists of a regular septic tank that has had a pump and spray heads added, which is not a legal system. Tenants are having the system pumped in order to operate.
Spoke to Mr. Weekley. The property is currently under contract to be sold in the next week or two. He does not intend to complete any repairs at the building says it?s being sold as is, where is.
9/8/23 - Repair has been completed. Additional 1000 gallon tank and 300 ft of 14 inch EPS installed.
