Investigation History
Both locations owned by Mr. Dreher have been inspected. There is no evidence of failing systems on the property with the existing shopping center. The new construction site has also been permitted by the MSDH for a wastewater system. According to Mr. Dreher, he also has proper permitting through the county. I canÆt confirm this as the MSDH does not have any jurisdiction with that permitting.
At this point, these complaints appear to be unsubstantiated and will be closed.
