We live on lake Piomingo in Lee county Ms. A homeowner Rhonda Ryan at 113 Tucula Trail owns a home that is in bankruptcy. She?s been ask per HOA & HOA attorneys to fix her sewage system because it?s actively leaking into the lake. This situation has been going on for several months and the Ms Ryan has NOT corrected the issue. Meanwhile people are fishing, boating & swimming in this lake water, most unknowingly of the sewage being leaked into the lake.

Site visit. Owner was not available and left my number for her to call. Spoke later in the day. She has been made aware of the problem and asked for list of installers. Sent list and letter will be sent (done 10/11)
5/7-home has been vacated per complainant and owned
